At Uncle Dave’s Woodshop we ‘rescue’ wood that is no longer wanted and turn it into something useful or artistic (or both!) Wood is sourced from firewood piles, the side of the road, demolition projects and wherever we can get it.

Each piece that comes out of the workshop whether it has been Rescued, Reused, Repaired, Recycled, or Repurposed says “nothing (and no one) is useless – no matter what it looks like on the surface – it can always be transformed into something useful and beautiful”.
